Since the FolkLog Mobile Application offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and subscriptions, we generally do not provide refunds once the purchase is confirmed, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any subscription or digital service within the application.

Free Trial Option: You may sign up for a free fully-functioning trial to experience the service, stories, and activities before deciding to make a purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will continue to run for the remaining duration of the active billing cycle you subscribed to, and will automatically cease at the end of that period without further renewal charges.
